About the Senior Financial Analyst at Headspace Health:

Headspace Health is seeking an exceptional Senior Financial Analyst to join our Finance team and help support our rapidly growing business. This individual will play a key role in driving strategic business insights by closely supporting business leaders across the organization. This individual will work on critical projects that will drive tangible results in our business.  This role will help develop data-driven insights and partners closely with the Manager and Director of Enterprise Consolidations to execute our vision of improving the health and happiness of the world. Our ideal candidate is someone who is detail-oriented, is comfortable with ambiguity, and has the ability to work well with cross-functional teams.

How your skills and passion will come to life at Headspace Health:

• Collaborate on highly visible and cross-functional projects including the annual planning process to help prioritize resources and to aid in strategic decision making
• Model out the P&L and cash flow  impact of business initiatives and provide recommendations that aid decision-making
• Perform deep-dive analyses that drive actionable insights and recommendations for growth and optimization
• Build and improve FP&A processes and tools to improve data tracking and KPI monitoring
• Partner with key stakeholders with on-going and ad-hoc reporting and decision support
• Assist in forecasting GAAP and Non-GAAP financial statements
• Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports and presentations, including reporting of newly integrated Headspace Health business
• Perform detailed variance analysis (actuals/budget/prior year)
• Coordinate with Accounting to ensure accuracy and completeness of monthly financials
• Respond to ad-hoc requests for financial/statistical information and participate in various ad hoc projects

What you’ve accomplished:

• 2-5 years of work experience in FP&A, Corporate or Strategic Finance within a Public or high growth company
• Experience with Adaptive Insights or similar financial planning tools, as well as Netsuite and Tableau (highly preferred but not required)
• Ability to partner cross-functionally, influence, and communicate with all levels of management
• Advanced Excel and presentation building skills with experience in creating financial models and clear, concise presentation materials
• Proactive, thoughtful, & highly organized; able to work under tight deadlines while maintaining impeccable attention to detail
• Self-motivated with a passion for taking ownership of your work and delivering outcomes
• Positive attitude, optimism and willingness to learn
• BA or BS in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or quantitative field (e.g., mathematics, statistics, economics)

Pay & Benefits:

The base salary range for this role is determined by a number of factors, including but not limited to skills and scope required, relevant licensure and certifications, and unique relevant experience and job-related skills. The base salary range for this role is $67,230-$94,500.
