Title:  Technical Account Manager (Jr. / Mid. / Sr.)
Location: San Antonio, TX (Remote)
Clearance: Top Secret (SCI eligible)

About this role:

• Rackner is seeking Technical Account Managers that will be primary tech advisors for both incoming customers and existing customers alike.
• TAMs align customers with technical solutions within the Platform One portfolio and continue hands-on support throughout the full customer lifecycle.

We are seeking professionals with knowledge in:

• B.S. in Computer Science, IT, or related field and 3+ years of experience contributing on a technical team for a software or IT project.
• Advanced Kubernetes
• Cloud
• Cloud Security
• Cybersecurity
• DevSecOps Engineer
• IT Operations
• Site Reliability Engineer
• Software Engineer
• System Administrator

Nice to have:

• Platform One exposure
• DevSecOps background
