Job Summary
Join the Key Technology Services group as a Sr Business Continuity Analyst on the Enterprise Business & Operational Resiliency team!  Be part of a team that is working to keep Key’s business operations/technology resilient through the governance of business resiliency planning and testing activities.  The Sr Business Recovery Consultant will be responsible to lead business resiliency governance activities.

Responsibilities

• Creates and executes business resiliency requirement assessments
• Assist in the development of process metrics, analyzes data, and takes appropriate action
• Independently identifies and analyzes business resiliency risk, communicates risk to appropriate parties across the organization, and ensures risk mitigation to enable risk-based decision making
• Provide business resiliency consulting support for concurrent business resiliency requests
• Maintains adequate documentation regarding decisions and work performed
• Acts as an owner for assigned work
• Escalates problems in a timely manner
• Maintains knowledge of business resiliency and related risk-based areas and methods
• Continuously surveys environment landscape; identifies opportunities to simplify work-streams and implement process improvements
• Provides business resiliency guidance and makes reliable business resiliency decisions with minimal supervision
• Interpret policy and standards to decision variance requests
• Partners with KeyCorp business and technology groups to deliver value through business resiliency reviews, assessments and consulting services
• May interface with internal and external audit partners
• Interacts and builds collaborative relationships with business partners as appropriate

Education Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience

Experience Qualifications

• Three to five years of relevant experience (e.g., auditing, business continuity, incident response, and/or disaster recovery)
• Experience in a governance organization
• Certified Business Continuity Professional (CBCP) or desire to become certified

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

This position is eligible to earn a base salary in the range of $77,000 to $143,000 annually depending on location and job-related factors such as level of experience. Compensation for this role also includes eligibility for short-term incentive compensation and deferred incentive compensation subject to individual and company performance.
