Delta Community Supports is seeking a Human Resources Coordinator to support and administer key functions within the HR Department. This position is responsible for coordinating and maintaining several core HR processes, including but not limited to: benefits administration, leave management, HRIS administration, compliance tracking, and workers’ compensation. The HR Coordinator ensures accuracy, timeliness, and compliance in all HR-related transactions while providing exceptional support to employees and internal teams.
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Administrative Science, Business Administration or a related field preferred.

Two (2) years of technical Human Resources administrative experience.

Valid driver’s license in current state of residence.

Appropriate additional experience may be considered in lieu of the educational requirements and vice versa.
