You will work closely with colleagues at HQ in Humlebæk and our Business Support Center in Poland as well as local finance managers and controllers situated at manufacturing sites worldwide.</p> <p> </p> <p><em>“We aim high when we deliver high-quality financial processes and forecasts as well as valuable performance insights, perspectives and recommendations. And we have plenty of ideas that we discuss and prioritize to provide the most impact,” says Agnieszka.</em></p> <p> </p> <p>Work across 7 global manufacturing sites and global areas<br/> Working in a matrix organization, you will take the financial responsibility to support for our newly created department of Project Management, Standardization and Digitalization. You will also coordinate timely and transparent reporting of savings and investments in connection to our global operations strategy for in the upcoming years.  </p> <p> </p> <p>Your aim is to support Global Operations to unleash the potential associated with the standardization and digitization of global processes. Assess financial impact of various business cases and monitor progress of chosen initiatives. With time, you will grow to be a trusted advisor to the Global Operation Finance Director, the Global Operation and Innovation Finance VP as well as VPs of Global Operations. Travelling 3-4 times per year, you will: </p> <p> </p> <ul> <li>Support SVS Project Organization in assessing financial impact of projects,</li> <li>Support IVS Project Organization in estimation of direct variable cost for product in development,</li> <li>Collaborate with the Global Operations teams to conduct performance reviews of Standardization Digitalization and PM Department, ensuring figures reported globally are accurate and explainable,</li> <li>Orchestrate the forecasting and reporting process (building on beyond budgeting principles),</li> <li>Participate actively in Global Operations Finance processes and performance, ensuring improvements and better ways of working,</li> <li>Develop our controlling tools in general and specifically within the International Manufacturing areas.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p>Curiosity to look behind the numbers – ambition to be a trusted advisor<br/> As a strong networker, you build great relationships with all types of colleagues in a global context and focus on creating results as part of a team.
