Support local teams in improving monthly variance analyses and reporting.</span></span></li> <li><span><span><b>SAP Key-User &amp; Digitalization:</b> Be the go-to expert for SAP-CO setup, ensuring smooth ERP use and leading future ERP migrations. Help drive digital transformation in finance.</span></span></li> <li><span><span><b>Strategic Advisory:</b> Provide financial insights and recommendations to business unit leaders to enhance decision-making and financial performance.</span></span></li> <li><span><span><b>Process Improvement &amp; Efficiency:</b> Be an advocate for <b>lean processes and digitalization</b>, promoting efficiency improvements within the business unit.</span></span></li> <li><span><span><b>Performance Monitoring &amp; Reporting:</b> Track financial performance, identify trends, risks, and opportunities, and present insights to senior management.</span></span></li> <li><span><span><b>Cost Optimization:</b> Identify opportunities for cost savings and work on initiatives to improve profitability.</span></span></li> <li><span><span><b>Compliance &amp; Risk Management:</b> Ensure financial compliance with regulations and company policies.</span></span></li> <li><span><span><b>Collaboration:</b> Work closely with cross-functional teams and foster strong relationships across departments.</span></span></li> </ul> <h2><b>What You Bring Us</b></h2> <ul> <li><span><span><b>Education:</b> Master’s degree in <b>Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field</b>.</span></span></li> <li><span><span><b>Experience:</b> At least <b>5 years of experience</b> in financial planning, business controlling, or a similar role.</span></span></li> <li><span><span><b>Skills &amp; Competencies:</b></span></span> <ul> <li><span><span>Analytical and problem-solving skills by nature.</span></span></li> <li><span><span>You like to communicate and add storytelling to your cases. Meaning you like to translate numbers into meaningful insights.</span></span></li> <li><span><span>Experience in <b>SAP ERP systems (SAP CO)</b> and with ERP migration projects.</span></span></li> <li><span><span>Passion for <b>process improvements and digital transformation</b> in finance.</span></span></li> <li><span><span>A proactive and collaborative mindset—able to influence and motivate others without direct reporting lines.</span></span></li> <li><span><span>High attention to detail and accuracy.</span></span></li> <li><span><span><b>Languages:</b> Fluent in <b>English (C1 level)</b> and <b>German (C1 level)</b>.</span></
