Sr. Manager, Finance Transformation

The Senior Manager of Digital Transformation will lead the company's transformation initiatives to achieve operational excellence, profitability, and growth. Working for the VP of Digital Transformation, and work as a trusted advisor to finance, operations, and technology.

The candidate will assist the finance organization and driving business process optimization, system development, and change management strategies, leveraging best practices, and emerging technologies. The Senior Manager of Digital Transformation’s primary focus will be on contributing to the business roadmap that will support our strategy to success and position finance organization to scale existing and new products with the company.

The Role:
As the Senior Manager of Digital Transformation, you will help the VP of Digital Transformation and business leades elevate the business through innovative strategies, planning and tactical execution.

You will lead and deliver projects that identify, design, and implement creative business and technology solutions for the company.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Contribute and execute a transformation roadmap that aligns with the company's strategic goals and objectives.
• Work with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to drive process optimization and adoption of best practices.
• Partner with the IT and Product organization to identify technology solutions, appropriately model costs and impacts, and develop robust business cases to support transformative solutions.
• Develop & leverage relationships and networks across the organization to drive forward elements of a transformation roadmap and change management strategy.
• Identifying key business issues, determining needs by supplementing the standard assessment techniques and tools with innovative approaches, and
• Oversee the quality of deliverables, and day-to-day relationships to ensure exceptional performance.

Requirements

• 3+ years’ experience working in finance organizations or consulting settings, advising on process improvements, financial planning redesign, service delivery model design and implementation, and other critical elements of the Finance function.
• Experience executing finance process redesign, service delivery model development, and technology implementations.
• Experience with technologies such as advanced analytics, visualization, etc.
• Experience in Finance Service, Finance Operations, FP&A, Finance Strategy, or EPM.
• Experience managing teams and change initiatives.

Preferred Skills:

• Specific experience should include but not be limited to, assessing the Finance organization, identifying initiatives supporting a future state roadmap; Deep understanding of Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, Record to Report, Accelerate Close Cycles, and business partnering across people, process, and technology dimensions.
• Ability to provide strategy, transformation, and technology fluency (experience delivering ops and technology) to the Office of the CFO, experience leading cross-functional teams across Finance, Supply Chain, Sales, and Information Technology.
• Experience developing proposals, establishing and delivering Programs with multiple work streams and large, multi-functional teams.

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university with a strong undergraduate academic record
• Preferably professional certification: CPA, CMA, or CFA
• Preferably MS or MBA
