The Position
We are looking for you to join Roche and our Roche Services & Solutions Center in Budapest.

What we do:
The Global Learning Services teams focus on executing system data maintenance and administrative activities in Cornerstone and all relevant Learning management systems as well as providing all necessary non-systems related Learning process support. Global Learning Services provides customer service and advisory support to the Learning Community and business partners on global Learning systems and processes and ensures end-to-end process completion in line with customer-focused principles to ensure the Roche People Practices work for the business.
Your day to day responsibilities are:
As a Global Learning Team Lead you will be responsible for managing respective Learning operations team and performing all people management related activities including, but not limited to workload balancing, information sharing in the team, staffing, performance evaluation, development support, training need assessment and tracking of participation, feedback, check-ins, coaching, compensation, conflict handling, performance improvement planning, succession and talent management, rewarding.
Managing respective business processes, ensuring KPIs are met on team and individual level, and regular operations reviews are held internally and externally with relevant stakeholders.
As a qualified expert, you:
Represents team and team members in relevant forums
First point of contact for key stakeholders, ensure collaborative relationship
Regular operational reviews with stakeholders
Ensure that defined team KPIs are met on team and individual level, monitor adherence on a regular basis
Report on defined team KPIs to all relevant internal and external stakeholders on a regular basis
Engage Trainers and BPAs together with Seniors and quality team in case of process and performance issues
Workload allocation and prioritization of tasks, resource planning within team
Execute transactional tasks when workload requires
Communicate, implement process change, monitor and follow-up
Hold regular team meetings, update team on all relevant information (local admin topics, operational and process changes)
Acknowledge high team and individual performance through timely and appropriate reward and recognition process
Coordinate and track team members' training participation and cancellations, and propose, request training for current role in line with development needs and ambitions
Full line manager responsibilities including staffing of team, people discussions, check-ins, coaching, feedback, development support, performance evaluation, compensation, succession and talent management, conflict handling, performance improvement planning
Hold New Hire Orientation training sessions to new joiners
Escalation handling within the team and with customers
Involvement and input to project activities
Manage team and stakeholders through Learning and Servicing changes, be a change agent
Create safe and positive team environment and ensure team shows the right mindset and attitude (speak up, constructive feedback, collaborative approach, result orientation, continuous improvement, trust)
Display high integrity on the job and comply with the Roche guidelines
Embed CARE principles into daily activities
Comply with data privacy rules and regulations
Collaborate effectively with all relevant stakeholders for daily work and projects
