Job Description

Come join our corporate Security team in our Jersey City, NJ office, where we have a flexible hybrid work model with 2-3 days per week in-office and 2-3 days per week remote.

Perform as a Data Loss Prevention Engineer to implement and administer database security solutions, data loss prevention policies, response rules while collaborating with key stakeholders in the company.

Perform as a security engineer to monitor and review data-related activities for policy violations and investigation.

Implement a service management framework to strengthen and sustain the cyber security operations across Enterprise Information Security technology.

Perform as a security engineer to manage information protection solutions and provide Level 1 and 2 support.

Completes all responsibilities as outlined on annual Performance Plan.

Completes all special projects and other duties as assigned.

Must be able to perform duties with or without reasonable accommodation.

Qualifications

• At least 6 years of information security experience managing data security technologies while leading or mentoring team members. Experience with Imperva, zScaler, and Microsoft security products is preferred.
• Subject matter expertise must be in one or more of the following: information protection, data loss prevention, database security, database activity monitoring, or data lifecycle management.  
• Must possess at least a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related degree from an accredited university. Masters degree or concentration in Cyber Security is preferred.
• One or more professional certifications in Information Security is highly desirable, ie CCSP, CISSP, CISM, SANS certifications (GCLD, GWEB, GCSA, etc) or product-specific certifications related to data protection.
• Contribute to the development of architecture, concepts and processes related to the security platforms.
• Be able to independently assess and prioritize resolution of outstanding tasks and requests.
