Customer Insights & AI Experience Intern

Lotus Cars Europe B.V. is responsible for the Marketing, Sales and After Sales of the Lotus Cars products in the European region.

Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented, analytical and motivated HBO (or WO) student in the last year of studies for a six months internship in the Customer Experience department at Lotus Cars Europe in our European HQ based in Amsterdam.

Customer Insights & AI Experience Intern will be focused on ‘voice of customer’ social media categorization, process mapping and supporting the implementation of AI-driven analysis and content translation.

This internship offers an excellent opportunity to learn about AI applications and how data is used to drive Customer Experiences, whilst also gaining hands-on experience in social media analytics.

Main activities you will support in:

• Social Media Categorization: Organize and categorize comments into predefined categories (e.g., priority, product feedback, customer service issues).

• Data Processing: Accurately input categorized comments into the designated database or spreadsheet.

• Data Quality Assurance: Ensure the accuracy and consistency of collected and categorized data.

• Process Structuring & Mapping: Support in creating structure in project management tools and implement for various cross-functional teams along with mapping process flow documentation.

• Optimizing Translations: Help creating, running, maintaining and optimizing translations using AI scripts for email marketing campaigns.

• Segmentation of CRM Audiences: Supporting audience creation for email marketing campaigns and reporting with valuable segmentations.

• Team Collaboration: Work closely with the Customer Insights Team to understand categorization criteria and AI applications and provide feedback on data collection processes.

• Program Reporting: Generate basic reports summarizing the volume and types of comments collected.

We are looking for a person who:

• Currently enrolled in a university or college program, preferably in a related field (e.g., Marketing, Communications, Data Science).

• Is in the final year of university pursuing a degree in a Dutch University.

• Interest in social media analytics and data-driven decision-making.

• Basic understanding of social media platforms and their functionalities.

• Proficiency in using spreadsheets and data entry tools.

• Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
