Currently, ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented leader to join our team supporting a large U. S. Government program in Huntsville Alabama or the National Capital Region.

ManTech's Department of Justice Division is seeking a strategic leader for the Enterprise Data Analysis Section (EDAS) Services EDAS Portfolio. The role involves acquiring technical expertise to support IT networks, systems, and initiatives. The position is crucial for the success of FBI missions and requires specialized technical expertise in agile methodologies, particularly the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe). The SAFe methodology will be used to align Agile teams and deliver capabilities, ensuring effective work prioritization and successful delivery. Experience with SAFe implementation is essential to modernize and enhance capabilities within the EDAS portfolio.

The Senior Web Application Developer for the Analytics and Visualization of Legal Returns (ANVIL) team is responsible for maintaining the application that enables FBI users to visualize, triage, and review collections from various sources, including user-uploaded legal process and scrapes of publicly available information. This role requires expertise in .NET, C#, Vue3, TypeScript, Python, Jupyter Notebook, Scala, and Databricks.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Maintain and enhance the web application for analytics and visualization of legal returns (ANVIL).

  • Develop and maintain software components using .NET, C#, Vue3, TypeScript, Python, Jupyter Notebook, Scala, and Databricks.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical designs and solutions.

  • Participate in software requirement reviews, preliminary and critical design, integration readiness reviews, and software acceptance reviews.

  • Act as a technical lead for pre-proposal, proposal, and existing program efforts.

  • Support the program management office in a technical role, including briefing customers on company capabilities.

  • Represent the organization as the prime customer contact on contracts or projects.

  • Interact with senior customer personnel on significant technical matters, often requiring coordinated activity across organizational lines.

  • Provide technical guidance and support to lower-level software engineers.

  • Stay updated on emerging technologies and best practices in web application development and data analytics.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.

  • Minimum of seven to nine years of experience in web application development or related roles.

  • Strong knowledge and experience in .NET, C#, Vue3, TypeScript, Python, Jupyter Notebook, Scala, and Databricks.

  • Proficiency in developing and maintaining software components using the aforementioned technologies.

  • Experience in analytics and visualization of large datasets.

  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to design and implement effective solutions.

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.

  • Familiarity with industry standards and emerging trends in web application development and data analytics.

  • Relevant certifications or advanced degrees in web development or related fields are highly desirable.

Clearance Requirements:

  • Must have a current/active Top Secret.

The projected compensation range for this position is $99,200-$164,600. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories.
