Responsibilities:
- Provides dedicated administrative support for one or more Dir+ leaders
- Manages and triages leader schedules & workflows
- Ensures leader is focused on his or her highest level priorities
- Carries out leaders’ directives
Must-haves:
- A.A. (or equivalent degree) and 3 years of relevant work experience, or H.S. Diploma and 4 years of relevant work experience.
- Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint is required.
- Must have general knowledge of administrative practices, to include preparing expense reports and coordination, and purchase requisitions, and coordinating meetings, events and travel.
- Must be extremely dynamic, demonstrate initiative, and have the ability to multi-task in a very fast paced-environment.
- The ability to manage multiple calendars; calendaring - for 1 priority calendar and maybe another team calendar as well as your own.
- Must be able to solve a variety of problems of moderate scope and complexity, and contribute to projects and goals.
Preferred:
- Experience with Microsoft collaboration tools such as Teams and SharePoint
- Experience with Security and Safety protocols
- Purchasing and reconciling experience
- Experience with Concur Travel and Expense platform or other travel management system.
