Customer Service to Affiliates Specialist with Spanish and English

With our commitment to increase penetration in an underserved hearing care market, we want to accelerate our business transformation in order to reach more people, more effectively. </p><p><strong><br/></strong></p><p><strong>Your responsibilities</strong></p><ul> <li>You’ll be the first point of contact between the Polish branch and other entities of our company within Europe – you’ll be using mostly chat and e-mail to contact colleagues from different locations,</li> <li>Regular contact in English and  Spanish with foreign branches of the company - supervising the explanation thread</li> <li>Preparation of data for reports, incl. order entries from customers, delays, TAT</li> <li>Verifying urgent orders and coordinating their timely execution</li> <li>Constant contact with employees of other departments and review of orders in the process</li> <li>Taking care to systematically inform sales departments in Europe about the progress of order fulfillment</li> </ul><p><strong>Our requirements</strong></p><ul> <li>Speaking and writing English and Spanish at a minimum level of B2 (the Polish language is also a must)</li> <li>Ability to work on shifts starting at 8:00/9:00 and 10:00</li> <li>Good knowledge of MS Office with an emphasis on Excel</li> <li>Internally motivated, self-starter with the ability to plan, organize and establish priorities to meet goals and achieve results</li> <li>Excellent partnering, collaboration, and communication skills</li> <li>Experience in professional work in the area of customer service would be a great advantage</li> </ul><p></p> <h4>Who we are<br/> </h4><p>At WS Audiology, we provide innovative hearing aids and hearing health services.</p><p>Together with our 12,000 colleagues in 130 countries, we invite you to help unlock human potential by bringing back hearing for millions of people around the world.</p><p>With us, you will become part of a truly global company where we care for one another, welcome diversity and celebrate our successes.</p><p>Sounds wonderful?
