We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will help create a welcoming atmosphere and ensure smooth communication within our facility. This role involves managing reception duties, assisting visitors, and supporting the administrative functions of the Business Office.

Responsibilities:
- Create and maintain an atmosphere of warmth, personal interest, and positive emphasis, ensuring a calm environment throughout the facility.
- Assume administrative authority, responsibility, and accountability for performing reception functions as instructed by the Business Office Manager (BOM).
- Efficiently utilize the phone and paging system to locate personnel within the facility.
- Answer and screen phone calls to determine the nature of the call and direct the caller to the appropriate person, delivering messages when necessary.
- Greet visitors, guests, family members, and residents; determine the purpose of their visit and direct or escort them to the appropriate location.
- Report any suspicious persons or activities to the appropriate authorities.
Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient in using phone systems and basic office equipment.
- Ability to maintain a calm and professional demeanor in a busy environment.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Previous experience in a reception or administrative role is preferred.
