About the Role

This role will be challenged to build and implement processes in Alto’s Fulfillment centers that lead to improved customer satisfaction, improved productivity, decreased cost and improved team engagement.  You will partner with various stakeholders across the organization such but not limited to as inventory and procurement, product and engineering, compliance and sales.

• Responsibilities include tracking key metric drivers and ensuring SLAs are met daily by site.
• Ensure pharmacy fulfillment sites are adhering to 5S standards.
• Assist in expansion efforts/launch of new fulfillment sites.
• Ensuring adequate daily staffing by site (holidays/employee churn/growth etc)
• Drive adoption of new initiatives.
• Ensure regulatory compliance by site.
• Lead daily Regional stand up meetings and send end of shift reports.
• Follow up on Inventory SLAs (cycle counts, expired drugs, adherence to procurement logic).
• Lead PIC team engagement.
• Ensuring clarity around priorities and goals for the entire functional area.
• Working across functions with peers in other groups to ensure collaboration for shared goals.
• Facilitating goal-level creation for the broader function and working with managers to ensure the goals cascaded and achieved.

 

A Bit About You:

• PharmD or other health related degree preferred

• Previous experience as a multi-site leader or leading complex operations

• Ability to work independently

• Travel required up to 80% of the time.

• Competency in G-Suite including Word, Excel, and Outlook.

• Experience with Continuous Improvement principles

Additional Physical Job Requirements: 

 

• Exposed to a normal office environment.  
• Lift, carry, reach, and /or push/pull various items (bags, boxes, carts, etc.) while using proper technique up to 35 lbs. 
• Standing, walking, bending, and sitting depending on the needs of the pharmacy operation.
• Operate all equipment necessary to do the job.
• Read English, comprehend, and follow simple oral and written instructions. 
• See details of objects that are less than a few feet away including differences between colors, shades, and brightness.
• Required to have close visual acuity to perform an activity such as: transcribing; viewing a computer terminal; extensive reading. Assessing the accuracy, neatness and thoroughness of the work assigned.
• Use one or two hands and/ or fingers to grasp, move, or assemble objects.
• Repeat the same movements.
