IGTD Senior Accountant

Your role:

• Support Finance Manager to manage the Trial Balance across various (3) ERP systems, including (but not limited to) journal entries, transactions & postings, and month end activities.
• Specific accounts of focus may vary, but will include
  • Intercompany accounting: Oversee activity and ensure alignment with counter teams.
  • Cash: Manage bank accounts, including cash application and bank reconciliation.
  • Foreign Currency: forecast hedging needs for the business.
  • Taxes: Support tax-related activities, such as R&D Tax Credit, indirect tax requests, and ad hoc questions from Philips tax teams.
  • Fixed Assets: Partner with Accounting Specialist and FA COE team to ensure accurate fixed asset subledgers and accounting practices.

You're the right fit if:

• Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting
• 3+ years of accounting experience, preferably in a shared service environment
• Proven track record to maintain financial statement integrity
• Experience with SAP, Oracle and QuickBooks (preferred)

Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.

Philips Transparency Details

The pay range for this position in Nashville is $65,000 - $75,000.

The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.  

In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered.
