Join Our Team as a Senior RD&E Finance Analyst!
Are you ready to make an impact at the heart of innovation? As a Senior RD&E Finance Analyst, you’ll be the trusted financial partner for our global Research, Development & Engineering (RD&E) teams. Your insights and expertise will help shape strategic decisions, optimize costs, and drive performance across cutting-edge projects worldwide.

What You’ll Do:
Be a Strategic Partner
- Lead business planning and budgeting cycles (AOP, FCST, STRAP) for RD&E.
- Collaborate with senior leaders to evaluate financial decisions and guide resource allocation.
- Deliver actionable analytics and train partners on smarter budget management.
Drive Insights & Reporting
- Own monthly cost reporting and consolidate global data into clear, impactful dashboards.
- Provide key metrics on budget adherence, efficiency, and productivity.
- Continuously improve reporting processes for speed and accuracy.
Support Projects & Investments
- Monitor project-level costing and funding to ensure financial integrity.
- Partner with project managers and stakeholders to keep budgets on track.
- Contribute to investment decisions and resource planning that shape the future of RD&E.
What We Need:
- Experience: 6 – 8 years’ experience. Mix of FP&A and accounting background. Minimum 6 years’ experience within a global business;
- Education: Masters / Advanced MBA / University degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics
- Language: English
