We are seeking a Technical Trainer to design, develop, and deliver high-quality training programs to assist with change management, and to empower our clients to optimize their adoption of Microsoft solutions, including AI SaaS and Azure cloud infrastructure. As a Technical Trainer, you will participate in cloud and AI empowerment engagements, as well as work closely with various departments and stakeholders to ensure a smooth transition and effective utilization of AI and cloud technologies, addressing any challenges that arise post-migration. To be successful in this role, the Technical Trainer will provide guidance and support to clients to enhance their cloud operations, unlock the full potential of our AI-powered platforms, and drive business success.

Responsibilities
- Plan, organize, and deliver training sessions internally and to clients on various Microsoft technologies and services, such as AI SaaS and Azure cloud services.
- Tailor training content and delivery methods for internal purposes and/or to meet the specific needs of our clients.
- Lead interactive Promptathons, where clients work hands-on to build and refine AI prompts, tackling real-world challenges together.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to develop training materials such as SOPs, technical documentation, presentations and exercises.
- Manage associated repositories and content created for training and/or change management purposes.
- Perform live demonstrations and hands-on labs to illustrate concepts and provide practical guidance to clients.
- Stay up to date with the latest Microsoft and AI advancements and best practices, and maintain in-depth knowledge to deliver accurate and relevant content.
- Other duties, as assigned.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience as a Technical Trainer, Educator, or similar.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, team members, and stakeholders.
- Exceptional presentation skills, coupled with the patience to teach.
- Passion for teaching and helping others succeed in their cloud readiness journey.
- Flexibility to travel occasionally for on-site trainings, if needed.
Preferred Skills and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft product offerings, with an emphasis on AI, SaaS, or cloud technologies.
- Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT).
- Microsoft certifications, such as the AI-900, AZ-900, etc.
