Position Overview & Purpose Field Services Coordinator will be a dynamic, cross-functioning team member, executing precision administrative duties and project management to support LiveOak’s Field Services operations. This role is key to our success in the market, and we are seeking the very best to staff this position.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver daily, weekly, and monthly analysis of data related to performance activity and field productivity to Director of Field Services.
- Assist in design implementation for logistics and operations procedures.
- Participate in onboarding of field operations staffing.
- Participate in ordering CPE and materials to assist logistics operations procedures.
- Consistently supports all team efforts to simplify internal operations and enhance customer experience.
- Work efficiently daily with customer service and field service operations teams to promote teamwork.
- Work with our field service operations team in a collaborative and professional manner to ensure efficiency of operations and a professional, and respectful atmosphere.

- Assist in planning, developing and administer programs in adherence with department objectives.
- Perform other duties as requested by field operations management and service delivery management.

Basic Qualifications & Competencies
- Minimum one-year certificate from college or technical school, 3 to 5 years related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel.
- Ability to prepare reports and business correspondence.
- Ability to work independently and as a member of various teams.
- Must be able to provide proof of eligibility to work in the U.S.
