The well-capitalized company will have significant scale as a pure-play set of assets anchored by leading news, sports and entertainment content. The spin-off is expected to be completed during 2025.

Job Description
The Trade Marketing Coordinator for Entertainment and News is responsible for working with key NBCUniversal stakeholders, internally and externally, to market and increase national sales across our Entertainment and News properties, inclusive of NBC, NBC News, MSNBC, CNBC, Bravo, E!, Oxygen, Syfy, USA and Syndication Studios.
This position will report into the Senior Manager, Trade Marketing.
Responsibilities:
- Develop engaging and impactful sales collateral and materials that illustrate the value proposition of becoming an advertising partner including presentations, sizzle videos, e-blasts, Ceros sites, merchandise and more
- Manage programming updates and organize assets, ensuring all content materials are updated with the latest logos, key art, programming dates, etc.
- Be a connective tissue between internal teams (Sales, Research, Brand Partnerships, Creative Partnerships, Network Brand Marketing, Communications, etc.) to ensure materials are updated and refined based on overall sales priorities
- Assist on client events (content strategy, event ideation, branding, premiums, list management & execution) in collaboration with the Trade Marketing and Corporate Events teams
- Develop immersive & one-of-a-kind experiences that help build sales relationships and positions the team as best-in-class in the marketplace
- Oversee premium merchandise stock for our key properties, managing on-site & virtual closet inventory, as well as ideating and ordering branded premiums based on Sales priorities across our content areas
Qualifications
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1+ years of experience with an agency, client, media company, or sales organization background
- Ability to project manage multiple projects & event execution in a timely manner
- Engaging storyteller with the ability to craft compelling narratives within sales materials
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
Desired Characteristics:
- Experience with PowerPoint, Excel, and Adobe Products (Illustrator, Photoshop)
- General understanding of advertising marketplace across various platforms
- Meticulous with a keen eye for detail with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment on multiple projects under tight deadlines
- Strong interpersonal skills. (i.e. the ability to interact with all levels of management)
- Strong organizational, project & event management skills
- A positive attitude and the ability to work/communicate effectively with different constituents
- A self-starter and “Jack-of-all-trades” with a “no task is too big or too small” attitude
- Highly creative and collaborative
- Excellent oral and written skills
