Delivery Manager

❗️IMPORTANT: This position is office based for our office in Warsaw, Poland.

❗️We can provide relocation assistance if you're outside of the city or country.

 

As a key member of the delivery team, you will lead cross-functional data projects that drive innovation and support BrainRocket’s products and business goals. You’ll work closely with stakeholders and technical teams to ensure timely, on-budget delivery of data, reporting, and business intelligence solutions—managing progress, resolving roadblocks, and keeping projects on track.

 

✅ Responsibilities:

• Manage program schedules, dependencies, and priorities in coordination with Delivery Managers;
• Ensure disciplined project execution, continuous improvement, and adherence to SDLC and project management best practices;
• Oversee critical data projects, ensuring timely delivery and stakeholder alignment;
• Promote visibility into technical backlogs and manage escalations effectively;
• Foster collaboration, urgency, and accountability within project teams;
• Act as a mentor to members of different cross-functional teams;
• Act as the main escalation point for Head of Delivery and VP of Data & Insights and build strong relationships across departments.

 

✅ Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience;
  2-5 years leading technical programs; 
• 5-7 years managing complex cross-department projects;
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, Gantt and creating project structure;
• Strong background in data, analytics, and reporting;
• Proficient in both Agile and traditional project management methodologies;
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills;
• Comfortable managing risks, dependencies, and influencing without direct authority;
• PMP and/or Scrum certifications are a plus;
• Highly organized, adaptable, and detail-oriented with a focus on execution and continuous improvement.
