About You

The Event Coordinator manages the technology, systems, and operational processes that support successful planning, execution, and measurement of meetings and events. This role oversees attendee registration and continuing education processes, supports meeting planners, and bridges event operations, technology platforms, and data integrations to deliver seamless attendee experiences and actionable event insights. This is a full-time, hybrid position requiring the selected candidate to live in the Austin area and have the ability to travel.

  • Manage event technology, registration platforms, and attendee experiences.
  • Oversee event operations, reporting, and continuous process improvements.
  • Partner with planners, vendors, and internal teams to deliver exceptional events.

How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Deliver seamless attendee experiences through optimized event technology.
  • Ensure accurate, reliable data flows across platforms and systems.
  • Provide meaningful reporting and insights that demonstrate event impact.
  • Develop scalable processes, templates, and operational best practices.
  • Collaborate with marketing, IT, and business teams to align technology with event goals.

Skills For Success

  • Bachelor’s degree or 2+ years of experience in event coordination or similar role.
  • Familiarity with event registration systems and event coordination is essential.
  • Event technology and Microsoft Office proficiency.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, Dynamics, or similar CRM systems.
  • Understanding of integrations, APIs, automation tools, or middleware platforms.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to travel within Texas, including occasional overnight and weekend travel.
