The Senior Talent Acquisition Partner supporting Finance, is a business facing recruiting role that supports the Finance segment at Walmart. In this exciting and high-impact role, you will serve as a strategic talent advisor for hiring managers and drive the end-to-end recruiting process for internal and external candidates.About the Finance Talent Acquisition Team

In this role, you’ll directly impact the growth and success of Walmart’s Finance organization by ensuring we hire the best talent to meet evolving business goals.
What you'll do...
- Lead full-cycle recruitment for Finance roles, from sourcing to offer negotiation
- Advise hiring managers on market trends, talent strategies, and best practices
- Build and maintain strong pipelines of finance talent for current and future needs
- Deliver a seamless, high-touch candidate experience
- Collaborate with HR and business partners to ensure hiring goals are met
What You’ll Bring:
- Proven experience recruiting top talent and understanding how to align talent strategies with business priorities.
- Experience recruiting finance professionals a plus
- Strong consultative skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders
- Expertise in sourcing, assessment, and talent market analysis
- Track record of driving results in a fast-paced, matrixed environment
- Excellent communication and organizational skills

The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00-$155,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
