About the role

<p>We are looking for an experienced Product <strong>Compliance Administrator </strong>to join our passionate and agile team based in our Manchester Head Offices; supporting the Group Business across all 13 Boohoo Brands.</p> <p><strong>The Role:</strong></p> <p>To work within the Product Compliance team, supporting and developing our global supply base in ensuring all products are compliant and meet Boohoo’s Quality standards. Identifying risk across all product categories and supply chain. </p> <p>To work within the wider Responsible Sourcing department, engaging with all key stakeholders in the business to ensure that our supply base is fit for purpose and supporting business growth. Working closely and collaboratively with all Product Teams. </p> <p><br/> <strong>Reports to:</strong> Product Compliance Coordinator</p> <p><strong>Tasks, duties &amp; responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Support in checking test reports, ensuring reports comply to both Boohoo’s standards &amp; legal requirements.</li> <li>Management of group weekly Compliance meetings, organising the deck and taking minutes.</li> <li>Supporting the Compliance manager in organising meetings both internally and externally.</li> <li>Pulling data and reports as requested by the Compliance manager.</li> <li>Collecting products for due diligence testing in our internal lab and arranging third party product testing where required.</li> <li>Liaising between the Boohoo in-house lab and the compliance team.</li> <li>Scheduling training sessions for teams internally and suppliers externally.</li> <li>Participating in supplier and buying meetings to support on safety and compliance issues whilst driving product quality and performance.</li> <li>Collaborate with our sourcing teams off shore and the wider quality and product technical teams.</li> <li>Support a culture of continuous improvement in our processes and customer satisfaction.</li> <li>Working closely with wider teams – Ethical, Sustainability, Product Compliance</li> <li>General admin – answering email queries, updating information, using internal systems</li> </ul> <p>As a Product Compliance Administrator you should be highly motivated, with technical flair, excellent communication skills and a can-do attitude.</p> <p><strong>The ideal candidate will have:</strong></p> <ul><li>Experience in global testing legislation, both REACH &amp; Prop 65. </li></ul> <ul> <li>A good knowledge of quality processes &amp; manufacturing. </li> <li>A proven record of managing supplier performance &amp; building key relationships.</li> <li>The ability to analyse and interpret information. </li> <li>An appetite for continuous improvement and driven by results. </li> <li>Experience in working with suppliers both UK &amp; international. </li> <li>Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence. </li> <li>Experience at working to deadlines. </li> <li>Multi-Product experience is preferred</li> <li>Confidence in excel &amp; reporting</li> </ul>
