Position Overview

QinetiQ US is seeking an experienced administrator to join our team supporting the OSD Strategic Capabilities Office (SCO). SCO is a high-tempo mission-focused organization focused on rapidly delivering capability to the field. The specific focus of this position is in supporting official government travel, including travel outside the continental United States and international. Hybrid position.

Responsibilities

  • Arranging travel for Government personnel in the Defense Travel System.
  • Assist travelers as needed during travel.
  • Preparing authorizations and vouchers (local and non-local) and assisting travelers in meeting all prerequisites for travel within the United States and internationally.
  • Prepare invitational orders as required.

Required Qualifications

  • SECRET clearance; #qinetiqclearedjob
  • A minimum of 20 years of recent and relevant executive assistance or office management experience
  • Proven experience in the Defense Travel System (DTS).
  • Familiar with software packages including, but not limited to, Microsoft Office Suite (MS) (i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook Calendar, Project, Internet Explorer, and Access), and Adobe Acrobat Reader (Adobe).
  • Independently motivated with excellent communication skills and proven ability to work in a team environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Top Secret/SCI clearance
