About the Role

We are looking for a business-oriented, highly analytical person to join our team as a Senior Manager of Business Operations. In this position, you will be an integral part of the Operations team and work closely with various teams within Riskified (such as Finance, Analytics, Customer Support). You will lead and design executive-level reports to track the team’s execution on KPIs to enable data-driven decision making and promote strategic business planning. You will be the right hand person to the SVP, Account Management & Analytics, providing integral support in planning and strategic project management. You’ll also manage someone in our Tel Aviv office, so people management and global company experience is a plus!

This role has the ability to make a huge impact and you will have a key role in building/improving key business processes while also supporting key business decisions at the executive level. You’re someone who is a strong project manager, incredibly analytical and data driven, and a great communicator!

What You'll Be Doing

• Lead the analysis and development of the Riskified’s most important KPIs to accurately track customer success, performance, and execution
• Manage a global team supporting the entire Operations and Analytics departments
• Initiate, own, and design executive level business projects and reports
• Collaborate and oversee cross-functional projects with other departments and executives
• Proactively learn about industry best practices
• Build and test models to track performance, budgets, headcount, etc. 
• Prepare C-level reports and presentations

Qualifications

• 5-7+ years of experience in Business Operations, Financial Analysis, Consulting, or equivalent
• Superb Excel and Google Sheets skills
• Highly analytical and data driven with modeling skills
• Comprehensive project management skills - organized, collaborative, and commutative problem solver 
• Proactive, resourceful, and adaptable - someone who thrives in an autonomous and continuously evolving work environment 
• High level of presentation skills
• Strong business acumen and interpersonal skills
• Experience working with a global team
• Management experience is a plus

 

This is an incentive-based role and a significant portion of compensation is based on performance against objectives. The base salary range for this position is $135,000 - $145,000. This range is applicable to candidates who will perform the job either wholly, or in part, within New York City. Actual salary will be based on qualifications, competencies, and location. Base salary is just one part of the pay package at Riskified. All full-time regular employees receive a bonus target and are eligible to receive stock-based awards.
