Hillcrest Health & Living is looking for our next Business Office Manager to join our administrative team!
The Business Office Manager is responsible to assist the Administrator, Director of Nursing, and the Director of Patient Transitions with clerical and administrative support. They will also be responsible to ensure that duties assigned are completed as directed.
Pay: $60,000+ per year based upon experience and education.

What does a day in the life look like?
• Provides administrative support including assembling and distributing agendas, attending meetings and taking minutes.
• Responsible for completing prepaid and private pay collection activities as well as tracking resident Medicaid annual review, pending applications and status.
• Provides support to residents and responsible parties including managing resident trust, communication of resident financial responsibilities, general education of insurance company’s payment responsibilities.
• Responsible for supervision, oversight, and scheduling of concierge team members. Assist with coverage of front desk as needed.
• Responsible for general administration office management including maintaining emergency call tree listing, educating and meeting calendar scheduling, copier care, ordering office supplies, etc.
What should I have to be considered?
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Post high school clerical training or degree with business emphasis preferred.
• At least one year of experience in administrative business office functions.
• Knowledge of computer software including Microsoft Windows and MS Office.
