Senior Project Billing Analyst

Position Summary:

 

The Senior Project Billing Analyst is valued team member who supports the Client Finance team by completing all responsibilities related to project billing including project upload, project time keeping, invoicing and collections. This position will report to the Manager of Client Finance.

 

Essential functions of the job include but are not limited to:

 

• Support the Manager of Client Finance and Senior Director, Client Finance in all financial areas associated with project initiation, billing and close out
• Create and upload new project budget templates into ERP system in a timely basis
• Maintain accuracy of project budgets by adding in change orders as received
• Support Project Management team and Customers by managing any project billing inquiries
• Set up new customers and maintain all customer information in ERP system
• Issue invoices to customers and support any ad hoc billing inquiries
• Review time charged to projects to ensure timesheet completeness and accuracy
• Maintain Purchase Order and Bill to Information
• Support ad hoc requests for analyses and other duties as assigned.

 

Qualifications:

 

Minimum Required:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/Finance or related business field
• 5+ years prior experience in Billing Analyst or similar accounting position

• Flexibility and willing to work on multiple assignments of varying tasks with personnel at all levels of the organization
• Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills, and an ability to build credibility with external and internal stakeholders
• Self-starting attitude with a strong desire to learn and grow rapidly
• Willingness to extend yourself and assist other team members
• Possesses ethics and integrity when dealing with confidential and sensitive information
• Must be able to read, write, speak fluently, and comprehend the English language

 

 

Preferred:

• Experience working with high volume of transactions in a fast-paced environment

This compensation range takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to: skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Precision, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.  This role is also eligible for a discretionary annual bonus, health insurance, retirement savings benefits, life insurance and disability benefits, parental leave, and paid time off for sick leave and vacation, among other benefits.Reasonable estimate of the current range$68,500—$99,000 USD
