You will manage the development and execution of compelling, insight-driven go-to-market plans that bring our products to life through powerful storytelling and purposeful messaging.
Your role centers on helping consumers and customers connect with our innovations—personifying the products, understanding them deeply, and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to translate technical features into inspiring benefits. You’ll manage commercialization activities, from developing print and visual marketing assets to coordinating timelines, messaging, and internal approvals.
You will Think Fast by leveraging product and consumer insights to shape compelling communication strategies. You will Work It Together by partnering with engineering, product, channel marketing, and creative agency teams. And you will Make the Hard Call by navigating launch priorities, budgets, and cross-brand complexity with confidence and care.
Position location: This position is eligible for a hybrid schedule based out of Deerfield, IL. Effective mid-2025, Fortune Brands will transition to a new world-class campus in Deerfield, bringing together associates from across our U.S. offices, brands, and functions. The campus will offer vibrant workspaces for collaboration, along with amenities for dining, onsite daycare, fitness and recreation.

- Serve as the brand steward for new products, deeply understanding features, benefits, and differentiation.
- Work with external creative agencies to direct the development of high-impact visual content—such as photos, sell sheets, and catalog materials—ensuring brand and product alignment.
- Coordinate with Project Management to track deliverables and timelines; provide clear updates and escalate risks as needed.
- Guide and prioritize product representation at national tradeshows, supplying visuals, messaging, and training materials.
- Partner with the Consumer Centricity team to request and apply consumer research that enhances launch effectiveness.
- Manage commercialization budgets and maintain clear tracking of expenses aligned to strategic goals.
- Present commercialization strategies and updates to leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.

- Experience working with engineering, product, and channel teams to deeply understand products and bring them to market.
- Comfortable working with creative agencies to develop print and visual assets like sell sheets, catalogs, and photography.
