Project Manager

Job Summary:

The Project Manager will manage the organization's portfolio of engineering projects through a team of highly skilled engineers.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Responsible for all aspects of the project lifecycle: planning, scope definition, design, execution, and delivery.
• Develops and implements project management practices, processes, methodologies, and metrics
• Defines projects, identifies expected outcomes, establishes timelines, and assigns project staff
• Prepares reports detailing project status and communicates updates to project stakeholders
• Ensures projects are completed on time, within established quality standards, and in compliance with design specifications

Education and Experience:

• Typically requires a bachelor’s degree and at least 2 years of experience

• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, or equivalent).
• In-depth understanding of the field’s concepts and principles
• Performs complex tasks and has some latitude for determining appropriate processes to follow
