The Difference You Make:


The Director,  Transformation/Strategy must be able to develop robust, trusting relationships with key cross functional teams, and identify opportunities to improve operational excellence/performance, command strong senior presence, and build a team of high performing Process Managers. This incumbent must also have an interest in innovating to solve business problems creatively and a willingness to immediately tackle key challenges.

  • Work as a Liaison to support teams to ensure strong communication/risks/decisions across Openbank.
  • Support executive materials for MBR/QBRs.
  • Support AI journey for back-office/CSC and develop/manage roadmap for use cases.
  • Support budgets to ensure alignment with forecasts.
  • Work across agile teams to ensure alignment of roadmap, key risks, and assumptions.
  • Partner with finance to ensure P28 targets remain on pace with commitments.
  • Support and co-lead monthly leadership call across Operations to ensure strong engagement and awareness of roadmap and key functionality.
  • Support monthly Global meetings to ensure timely delivery and topics.
  • Partner with existing vendors to ensure goals remain on point with commitments and contracts.
  • Work with key stakeholders in Operations to support strategic projects to ensure timely decisions and avoid risks to timelines/outcome.

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience: Business, Finance or equivalent field. - Required.
  • 12+ Years Progressive leadership experience, preferably with a combination of project management and business operations. - Required.
  • Strong written and verbal communication with PowerPoint, reports, and stakeholder engagement. Ability to take vision and concepts and tell the story through PowerPoint
  • Active listening and adapting messages for different audiences (e.g., executives, team members, clients).
  • Running effective meetings and presenting project outcomes clearly.
  • Building relationships and managing expectations.
  • Engaging stakeholders through regular updates and meaningful involvement.
  • Balancing competing interests and prioritizing effectively
  • Using data and tools to analyze project performance.
  • Troubleshooting issues quickly and effectively.
  • Strategic thinking to align project outcomes with business goals



Certifications:


• Other Lean, Agile, Six Sigma, or Business Process Management Certification - Preferred.

What Else You Need To Know:

The base pay range for this position is posted below and represents the annualized salary range. For hourly positions (non-exempt), the annual range is based on a 40-hour work week. The exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, training, licensure and certifications and location.

Base Pay Range

Minimum:

$112,500.00 USD

Maximum:

$190,000.00 USD
