Senior B2B Delivery Manager

We are looking for a Senior B2B Delivery Manager for a permanent, full-time position. As a Senior Delivery Manager, you will ensure that our products and services are delivered and operated efficiently, meeting the B2B customers’ expectations. You will lead and oversee multiple delivery initiatives, coordinate with various teams, manage resources, and maintain schedules. Additionally, you will oversee service operations with our tech service teams.

Key responsibilities include:

• Project leadership: Lead product and service delivery projects, defining and adhering to goals, budgets, timelines, and risks. There are several delivery projects running at the same time with different speed and status and you will maintain the overall delivery roadmaps.
• Team coordination: Oversee diverse teams, including developers, testers, and other stakeholders. Ensure each team understands their role and how it contributes to the project.
• Stakeholder management: Serve as the main liaison between the project team and stakeholders, including B2B customers, aggregators, and senior management.
• Service operations: Oversee service operations, manage incidents, and take responsibility for service certifications and maintenance with tech teams. Delivery Manager is responsible for defining and monitoring service delivery performance, as well as managing and developing the delivery process continuously and driving for efficiency improvements.

It would be great to hear from you if you have:

• Minimum of 2-5 years’ experience in software deliveries preferably within the regulated gaming sector.
• Experience working in international regulated market regimes.
• Excellent oral and written proficiency in English.
• Ability to work autonomously, quickly, and accurately under pressure.
• Experience working as part of a team and confidence to adapt to frequent changes in requirements.

This position is located in Finland. We have modern and agile remote working methods in use and flexible on-site working spaces at the office in Pohjois-Haaga.
