We are seeking a Project Manager (EPCM) to lead environmental and industrial infrastructure design-build projects from proposal through closeout, including construction and demolition scopes. In this role, you will manage scope, schedule, budget, cash flow, quality, risk, and stakeholder communications to deliver strong client outcomes and project performance.
Your new role
You will join Ramboll’s Environment & Health team and help deliver projects that
support a more sustainable future. This position blends project leadership, client
partnership, and hands-on coordination with design, procurement, and construction
teams. As a Project Manager, you will lead day-to-day project execution and coordinate the full
project lifecycle.
Your key responsibilities include:
- Interpret and apply contractual requirements to ensure compliant project execution.
- Own project financial performance (P&L), including budget development, forecasting, cost tracking, and corrective actions.
- Leverage strong construction experience to support constructability and field execution.
- Identify, manage, and mitigate project risks.
- Develop and manage project scope, schedule, and budget, including change management.
- Create and execute project delivery strategies and execution plans.
- Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients.
- Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams to meet project objectives and stakeholder expectations.
- Ensure timely, accurate client invoicing and support effective cash flow management.
- Communicate proactively with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Partner with the Construction Manager and field teams throughout delivery, including regular coordination with the Ramboll project team.
- Plan, lead, and participate in project meetings.
- Ensure documentation needed for closeout and completion reporting is captured throughout the project.
- Facilitate lessons-learned sessions and drive continuous improvement.

These include:
- Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, project management, or a related field, plus 9+ years of progressive project/construction management experience (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
- Ability to read and interpret drawings, specifications, and contract documents, and perform quantity takeoffs.
- OSHA 30 (Construction) and OSHA 40 HAZWOPER certifications (or ability to obtain).
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
- Working knowledge of the project delivery lifecycle (proposal, design, estimating, construction, commissioning, and closeout).
