About the Opportunity

Contentful is looking for a  Senior AI Product Manager for the Intelligence Experience Platform.

We’re seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead innovation in AI-driven content generation, revolutionizing how marketing teams create, manage, and scale their projects and campaigns.

In this role, you will be at the forefront of exploring cutting-edge AI advancements and uncovering business opportunities to enable dynamic, large-scale content creation. Collaborating closely with Contentful's AI & Automation teams, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our AI strategy.

This role works closely with product leadership, Founders and C-level.

What to expect? 

• Identifying and prioritizing high-impact use cases for AI-driven content generation, balancing user needs, business value, and technical feasibility.
• Connecting to agentic workflows to enhance automation and decision-making capabilities.
• Driving AI output quality by addressing the complexities of inputting large-scale content structures and brand context.
• Leveraging existing platform capabilities and defining how AI generation can amplify their impact.
• Designing and running user research and experiments to validate various solution approaches and technology partners.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams including designers, engineers, ML engineers, and researchers to deliver AI-powered solutions.

What you need to be successful

• Proven experience as a seasoned PM in previously managed B2B platforms
• Proven experience in developing product market strategy and launching new products on the market. 
• Has API and platform mindset, previous experience working on platform capabilities, creating scalable and extensible solutions.
• Has a strong understanding of AI and machine learning concepts, ideally with experience building AI capabilities at scale using platform services. Preferably, with knowledge of best practices and common pitfalls in enterprise adoption.
• Passion for working in environments with high uncertainty, navigating new, uncharted territories
• Motivated to become a market and technology expert of the designated area
• Comfortable being hands-on in driving change and getting into the engineering aspects when required. 
• Proven ability to work in a highly collaborative working environment with internal and external stakeholder. 
• A holistic thinker who can translate the vision into strategy and execution.
