• Market Development: Identify and develop business opportunities within the Vietnam region to drive growth and market penetration.
• IB Acquisition: Leverage your extensive network to acquire and manage relationships with Introducing Brokers (IBs) to increase client acquisition.
• Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies tailored to the Vietnamese market to achieve company objectives.
• Product Promotion: Promote our multi-asset trading products, internal trading terminal, and MT5 platform to potential clients and partners.
• Compliance: Ensure all operations comply with local regulations and company policies.
• Reporting: Provide regular reports on market trends, business development activities, and performance metrics to senior management.
• Team Leadership: Build and manage a local team as needed, fostering a high-performance culture.

• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within the financial services industry, with a focus on cryptocurrency and CFDs.
• IB Network: Proven track record in acquiring and managing relationships with Introducing Brokers (IBs).
• Market Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the Vietnamese financial markets and regulatory environment.
• Skills: Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in both English and Vietnamese is highly desirable.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. Advanced degree or professional certifications (e.g., CFA) are a plus.
• Technology: Familiarity with trading platforms, especially MetaTrader 5 (MT5), and internal trading terminals.
