About the role
The Client Protection function is a critical part of the Dialectica knowledge sharing platform, responsible to ensure our clients are able to access the world’s most valuable knowledge sources in a safe, confidential and compliant framework.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a detail & process oriented professional to join a rapidly scaling firm in the high growth information services sector and contribute to the efficiency of our growing Client Protection and Legal team.
Responsibilities
- Compliance checks and approvals
- Monitoring active projects
- Monitoring and handling of compliance Mailboxes
- GDPR activities
- Data entry & mapping
- Work closely with the global CP & Legal team on day-to-day risk assessment and other activities
Requirements
- Fluency in English, both verbal and written
- Proficient use of MS Office and Google suite
- Highly organized and able to prioritize workload effectively
- Strong interest in compliance
- Excellent communication & listening skills
- Professional ethics & integrity with strong attention to detail

This is a full time, fixed term contract of 6 months with the possibility of renewal/extension.
