Join our team and help us make an even bigger contribution to Grünenthal’s future.</span></p> <p> </p> <p><b><span><span>What the job looks like:</span></span></b></p> <p> </p> <ul> <li><span><span>Deploy strategic initiatives related to global projects+ GOBS initiatives in CQA Europe.</span></span></li> <li><span><span>Point of contact for GDP evaluations and DD requirements.</span></span></li> <li><span><span>Responsible of leading the Center of Excellence Team to:</span></span><br/> <span><span>Design, improve and deploy GDP Processes to fulfill global standards;</span></span><br/> <span><span>Counterpart for Partnering Business process for GQA;</span></span><br/> <span><span>Define and coordinate implementation and interpretation of KPIs (global and internal);</span></span><br/> <span><span>Harmonize and optimize activities within CQA Europe;</span></span><br/> <span><span>Consolidate organization of Training Academy and onboarding process for CQA Europe; </span></span></li> <li><span><span>Lead a centralization initiative of global QMS activities as: Complaints, STT Alerts, Self-inspections etc.</span></span></li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><b><span><span>What you'll bring to the table:</span></span></b></p> <p> </p> <ul> <li><span><span>Proven expertise in QA with 8 years of experience related to GDP in pharmaceutical industry;</span></span></li> <li><span><span>Experience in projects; specially related to optimization and creation of lean processes, Opex expertise desired;</span></span></li> <li><span><span>Experience in improving GDP compliance;</span></span></li> <li><span><span>Knowledge of relevant national and international regulatory requirements, guidelines and pharmaceutical processes (Europe, LatAm, Asia, USA);</span></span></li> <li><span><span>Knowledge in BI or similar systems  (desired);</span></span></li> <li><span><span>Grade as pharmacist or equivalent (bio)medical science degree;</span></span></li> <li><span><span>Business-fluent English, other languages are desirable;</span></span></li> <li><span><span>Great communication both oral and written skills;</span></span></li> <li><span><span>High degree of engagement, accountability and assertiveness;</span></span></li> <li><span><span>Interdisciplinary and intercultural teamwork skills;</span></span></li> <li><span><span>Result-oriented.
