Then apply now as:   </p> <p> </p> <p align="center"><br/> Senior Manager Commercial Global Specialty (w/m/d)   </p> <p align="center">Bad Vilbel | Germany (DE) | Full-time | Permanent | Sales &amp; Marketing &amp; Customer Service | Professionals </p> <p align="center"> </p> <p>What you can expect</p> <p> </p> <ul> <li>You work to maximize the commercial opportunity for a designated biosimilar across Europe and other future regions</li> <li>You lead brand and marketing activities to protect market share and differentiate against competition</li> <li>You monitor and track product performance and lead critical priorities to deliver / exceed financial and non-financial commercial expectations for your assigned brand</li> <li>You lead market analysis activities, identifying key segment value drivers, growth opportunities, product positioning &amp; customer segmentation/targeting.</li> <li>You will be working collaboratively with the regional/country commercial leads and GMs to understand changes in markets, customer behavior and barriers/opportunities to regional business growth, competition, pricing and reimbursement changes, policy and government initiatives, market access initiatives, etc.</li> <li>You serve as internal single point of contact for designated brand in key forums – S&amp;OP review, affiliate engagement meetings and strategy workshops</li> <li>You will report into VP, Global Commercial Head of Biosimilars</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p>Who we are looking for</p> <p> </p> <ul> <li>You have a Bachelor’s degree; Master’s degree strongly preferred.</li> <li>You have a minimum of 7-10 + years experience within the pharmaceutical industry; launch experience required; strong understanding of pharmaceutical commercial and market access landscape</li> <li>You have strong analytical and research competencies</li> <li>You have a proven track record of successful launches</li> <li>You are skilled in financial literacy</li> <li>You are an excellent communicator, written and verbal</li> <li>You have superior collaboration skills, including the ability to influence and motivate without direct authority</li> <li>You are proficient in in speaking, comprehending, reading and writing business level English is required.
