Compensation
$20.42 - 24.30 hourly

The compensation range for this role is a good faith estimate, it is estimated based on what a successful candidate might be paid. What you’ll do
Complete the entire enrollment process when directed by the supervisor or assistant supervisor.
Handle complicated calls with an advance approach and know when to bring up to the assistant supervisor or supervisor.
Make outbound calls to enrollees, as necessary, to complete or accurate pended enrollments.
Document and track all enrollments in a CRM system and ensure accurate follow-up is done timely.
Monitor the department’s general email accounts.
Field incoming calls using scripted and non-scripted communication techniques.
Assist or serve as back up in quality assurance area as needed.
Conduct outbound calls to enrollees for quality assurance tasks such as verifying and collecting information.
What you need
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities
Basic understanding of health insurance products such as Medicare Advantage, Medicare Supplement, Part D, Dental, and ACA plans (preferred).
Familiarity with insurance enrollment processes and related guidelines (preferred).
Strong customer service and phone interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle complicated calls expertly.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, internet navigation, and CRM systems.
High attention to detail with strong data entry and documentation skills.
Ability to manage time effectively, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
Flexible and adaptable to shifting tasks and workload.
Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality.
Skilled at resolving challenges and achieving positive outcomes.
Professional demeanor and positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.
Education and Experience
High School diploma or equivalent experience is required.
Data entry experience is required.
Minimum of one year experience in a call center, including inbound and/or outbound calls and direct customer interaction to understand and address caller needs.
Physical Requirements
Use a PC with multiple monitor screens for up to 95% of the workday.
Operate a telephone system in-sync with computer use for up to 95% of the workday.
Sedentary work in a comfortable office setting.
Sustain attention and focus for prolonged periods of time.
