PW4000 Program is seeking a Model Manager to support the Program in addressing all aspects of the PW4000 program. This leadership position requires strong decision-making ability, teamwork skills, attention to detail, complete follow-through, and exceptional communication skills. A successful candidate will be proficient at bringing together the necessary supporting team to address strategic, tactical, customer focused, and programmatic issues to drive to a solution that meets the Program objectives.
What You Will Do:
Lead cross-functional teams to deliver integrated, fast-paced solutions that address material constraints and support program objectives. Identify and track top material risks; drive focused, cross-functional action plans to mitigate impacts to customers and MRO shops.
Work with partners, suppliers, spare parts teams, engine centers, and overhaul facilities to ensure material availability and on-time delivery.
Mitigate critical issues related to delivery, induction schedules, and shop visit progress.
Establish processes, metrics, and goals to measure and improve MRO performance.
Support development and execution of aftermarket strategies, including Sustainment, Aftermarket Strategy, and Partnership contract renewals.
Develop and implement strategies to achieve program objectives, including customer-specific initiatives.
Support the Program Manager in leading multi-functional teams for program execution and capture.
Provide timely status updates to Commercial Engines senior leadership; create and manage consistent reporting processes for IPMT and program leadership.
Track and report cost, schedule, engine status, customer updates, financials, and internal program review information.
Manage program priorities and ensure alignment across AIPT and IPMT stakeholders.
Coordinate with enterprise functions to close organizational gaps and support program execution.
Contribute to organization-wide initiatives, including employee engagement, wellness, and safety committees.
Qualifications You Must Have:
Bachelor's Degree and 10 years of experience; Or Advanced Degree and 7 years of experience to include the following:
Operations, engineering, program management and project management.
