Pay Range: $23 per hour. This is a contract role with no benefits.Location: Chicago, IL - across various locations downtownWork Hours: You will consistently work Monday - Thursday, 2pm-5pm. You will have the opportunity for additional hours between 8am-2pm on an as-needed basis.This is a contractor position with varying weekly hours. Successful candidates will be able to work scheduled shifts (2-7 hours) within this timeframe, as needed.Reports to: Our Experience Manager in Chicago

What You’re Responsible For:
- Operational Coverage: Support the operations in any of our 13 Chicago locations for planned and unplanned time off. You will be regularly scheduled Monday-Thursday, 2pm-5pm. Additionally, you will be contacted by our Experience Manager as soon as we know we need your support for additional shifts between 8am-2pm on an as-needed basis.
- Front Desk Support: Support the operations at various locations by providing member support at the front desk. This will include assisting with membership management, answering member questions, and giving tours of the space.
- Event Execution: Manage day-of event execution for scheduled meetings and events. This may include room setup, directing catering, contacting building maintenance or janitorial staff for urgent issues, and providing real-time support to event attendees with matters such as AV equipment, wayfinding, and questions about booking the space.
- Five-Star Hospitality Service: Ensure members receive an exceptional experience by providing a warm welcome and departure experience. You’ll also oversee the upkeep of special touches, such as our spa-style signature fruit-infused water.
- Maintain a Pristine Facility: Keep the spaces you are working in tidy, organized, and fully operational to ensure a seamless member experience, performing checks regularly during each of your shifts. Regularly restock amenities such as towels, locker room supplies, pantry items, and/or conference room supplies. Leave every space you enter in better condition than you found it.
Who You Are - Baseline Requirements:
- You have 1+ years of experience in hospitality, event execution, and/or customer relations. You may have worked as an event coordinator at a luxury venue or as a concierge at a high-end hotel.
- Even better if your experience has touched the corporate fitness or commercial real estate sector.
- It's a bonus if you have a Group Fitness certification from a nationally recognized organization and you are comfortable teaching multiple formats of group fitness classes to groups of all sizes.
- You are technologically savvy and are comfortable navigating multiple software platforms at the same time, like GSuite and sound systems.
