Position Summary

The Culture & Experience Coordinator is responsible for supporting the Better Earth Field Operations department and our People Operations department. The main duties include welcoming new hires and interview candidates into the warehouse, setting up for company-wide New Hire Orientation, making sure the warehouse stays compliant with documentation and announcements, and creating a supportive, efficient, and better culture in the field. The ideal candidate has some experience in an HR-related position, can adapt to any and all changes that may happen on the fly, and is not afraid of managing any issues that may arise. Responsibilities:

• Interview Prep
  • Greet interview candidates and introduced them to who is interviewing them
  • Answer questions or direct to proper person
• Onboarding
  • Welcome calls for their warehouse
  • I9 documents verification
  • Making sure any changes to personnel are reflected on all platforms
  • Help ensure all software needed for each role
• New Hire Orientation
  • Make sure everyone clocks in on day one
  • Set up zoom for orientation
  • Help complete any documents they may need help with
  • Team introductions and tour of warehouse
  • End of week check in
• Field Compliance
  • Updating and posting compliance posters
  • Company bulletin board with current announcements
  • Make sure department trainings are complete/sexual harassment training
  • Reach out to sick employees/injuries
  • Witness write up/terms
• Warehouse engagement
  • Update/create warehouse event calendar
  • Monthly celebrations for warehouse personnel (birthdays, anniversaries, etc)
  • Warehouse recognition (posting on bulletin boards, slack boards, handwritten cards)
  • Local charity organization
  • Handing out gifts and goodies (Welcome boxes, site survey gifts, etc)
  • Keep warehouse break room stocked
  • Each person receives budget for lunches, breakfast, goodies

Requirements

• MUST be high energy and ready to roll!
• MUST be proficient using technology (zoom, laptops, other platforms)
• HR background preferred
• MUST be willing to travel between Sacramento & Concord warehouses
• MUST be at least 21 years old
• MUST have a current, clean, and valid driving license AND record

Benefits

Shift Options:

• Full- Time | 6:30am - 3:30pm PST | Monday - Friday
• Will be switching between warehouses every other week
• You will be in the warehouse for half of the week, the other half will be remote

Compensation

• Full-time $26/hr
