Salary: $62,300 - $90,000/year* + profit sharing + benefits

What You’d Do in This Role:

We are seeking Salesforce Administrator 2 to deliver world class automation, workflows, and overall support for our Ramsey Education team. This role is vital in helping us further our pursuit of impacting future generations in financial wellness by providing our team with the tools they need to be successful in providing hope to others in every walk of life. You will be responsible for staying up to date on the latest  trends within Salesforce, while ensuring data quality and security are top of mind. This person needs to be eager to grow in their craft. Someone who gets excited about taking on new challenges and learning from others in the field.

You’re Probably a Match If:

• You have 3+ years of experience as a CRM/ Salesforce Administrator
• You have at least one Salesforce certification
• You are someone who is detail oriented and data driven
• You are a problem solver and someone who is able to provide the day-to-day support for the team

What Winning Looks Like:

• Regularly reviewing and optimizing existing workflows.
• Work closely with the stakeholders to identify business requirements, preform analysis, and provide data-driven recommendations
• Developed a strategic framework to provide greater transparency into customized business processes.
• Collaborate with team members to identify automation opportunities.
• Customizing Salesforce features to align with business requirements.
• Staying up to date with Salesforce releases and incorporate new features.
• Gathering feedback from users and adjusting customizations accordingly.
• Developing and maintaining reports and dashboards.
• Ensuring data accuracy and reliability.
• Training users on how to access and utilize reports effectively.
• Implementing data validation and cleansing processes.
• Conducting regular data audits and make necessary corrections.
