Job Description

1.Develop and execute comprehensive test plans for enterprise network solutions especially for VAS , ensuring thorough coverage of all features and functionality

2.Identify and resolve issues promptly and effectively, escalating complex problems to senior engineers as needed

3.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product management, and sales, to ensure that solutions meet customer requirements and business objectives

4.Document test results and findings in a clear and concise manner, providing valuable insights for product improvement

5.Stay up-to-date with the latest network technologies and industry trends to ensure that validation processes remain effective

6.People management. 

Qualification

1. Age not over 45 years

2. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field. 3. 15 years of experience in network validation or a related field.

4. Experience with enterprise network technologies, such as BGP, OSPF, Firewall , SDWAN , WIFI, VoIP and MPLS.

5. Experience with validation tools and methodologies.

6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

8. Strong understanding of TCP/IP, routing, and switching

9. People management skill

10. Review and tracking day to day work with team member.
