Position Overview:
The Regional Center Coordinator plays a vital role in ensuring participant programming is delivered consistently and effectively across multiple Concordance centers within an assigned region. In this role, you will coordinate and manage scheduling for 1:1 and group participant sessions across sites, dynamically adjust schedules to meet evolving needs, and serve as a key communication hub for participants, care teams, and community stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities - your role will involve:

  • Scheduling 1:1 and group sessions between participants and the care team: 
    • Manage master calendars of participant 1:1 and group sessions across multiple sites using Concordance’s scheduling software 
    • Adapting schedules daily to account for community appointments, participant and team member availability, and participant needs  
  • Communicating with participants and Concordance’s multi-disciplinary care team:  
    • Collaborating with team members to ensure participant appointments are scheduled to meet their needs, including triaging urgent needs  
    • Communicating upcoming schedules for 1:1 and group sessions to participants and team members 
    • Collaborating with team members on review of weekly stipend reports for stipend uploads 
    • Confirming scheduled sessions and event attendance 
    • Ordering weekly participant food, coordinating with caterer, ordering office supplies and other needed items for programming 
    • Maintaining inventory of program equipment and other essential items 
  • Collaborating with the multidisciplinary care team and community: 
    • Participating in internal meetings (Joint Care meetings, All Team meetings, 1:1 supervisor meetings, and training sessions) 
    • Preparing Centers for events 
    • Some in-state and out-of-state travel required

Required education and credentials:
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience 
  • CPR/adult first aid certification preferred
Physical Requirements:
  • To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. This person must be able to sit or stand at a personal computer for typing and reading. This person must be able to see, hear, speak, walk, and sit. Must be able to use hands and fingers to handle or feel objects, tools, or controls; reach with hands and arms; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. Vision abilities required for this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.   
  • For center events, this person must be willing to help set up, which may include but is not limited to moving classrooms around and carrying and setting up tables and chairs.
