HRIS Solutions Developer

This is a remote position.

Superlanet is seeking an HCM Solutions Developer (Integrations / Supply Chain / Finance) to support our healthcare client in New Mexico. This role is responsible for designing and implementing modern, scalable integration solutions for Workday, UKG, and other third-party systems, while also serving as the functional administrator for Workday Supply Chain or Finance modules.

As part of the HRIS team, the HCM Solutions Developer will architect integration strategies, build workflows to enable seamless data exchange, and deliver process automation. This position will also provide development and programming support for ERP applications, including Workday and UKG Pro WFM (Dimensions).

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain integrations across Workday, UKG, and other enterprise applications.

• Act as functional administrator for Workday Supply Chain or Finance; serve as backup administrator for HCM Core.

• Perform programming to support ERP applications (Workday, UKG Pro WFM).

• Configure and optimize integration runtimes, authentication, and performance tuning.

• Lead integration development using EIBs, APIs, Workday Studio, Boomi, ServiceNow, Splunk, GoAnywhere, XSLT, and related tools.

• Serve as Security Administrator and primary developer for integrations across Payroll, Accounts Payable, GHX, Strata, BIRT, and check printing.

• Develop calculated fields and reporting solutions.

• Conduct data audits, resolve system errors, and ensure integration reliability and data integrity.

• Manage change requests, tickets (Workday Help, Freshworks), and CAB documentation.

• Mentor team members and enforce best practices in integration design and scaling.

• Provide ongoing support, maintenance, and post–go-live troubleshooting.

• Collaborate with HR, IT, Finance, and vendors to align requirements and ensure system efficiency.

• Participate in ERP Committee and COPITAC projects, providing technical expertise and status updates.

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge on Workday, UKG, and Boomi releases and features.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field.

• 5+ years configuration/technical experience with Workday HCM (Supply Chain/Finance focus).

• 5+ years designing, developing, and supporting integrations/middleware.

• 3+ years of API design and management experience.

• Strong proficiency in XML, JSON, REST, SOAP, testing methodologies, and code management tools.

• Broad understanding of enterprise cloud platforms and ERP ecosystems.

• Strong project execution record with reliable, consistent deliverables.

• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field.

• Experience in a healthcare or medical center environment.

• Workday Supply Chain or Finance Certification.

• Boomi Certifications (API Design, API Management, EDI, MDH, etc.).

• Professional IT background with deep ERP and integration knowledge.

• Experience with Workday Studio, Prism, or Payroll/Finance modules.
