As a Senior Recruiter on our People Team, you will play a crucial role in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to support our mission of revolutionizing agriculture through innovative farming practices. This position requires a proactive approach to recruitment and a deep understanding of our company culture and values.

What you’ll be responsible for:

• US Recruitment Strategy: Design and implement comprehensive recruiting strategies to attract high-quality candidates across various departments, including Commercial (Sales and Marketing), Production and R&D Operations, Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Software, Robotics), and Business (Finance, HR) Management.
• Talent Sourcing: Utilize diverse sourcing methods such as social media, job boards, and employee referrals to identify potential candidates.
• Candidate Screening: Conduct thorough screenings of resumes and applications, assessing candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Interviews: Organize and conduct interviews using structured and competency-based methods to evaluate candidates effectively.
• Onboarding: Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
• Collaboration: Work closely with department managers to understand hiring needs and develop job descriptions that reflect the requirements and expectations for each role.
• Reporting: Provide analytical reports on recruitment metrics and trends to inform strategy and improve hiring processes.
• Employer Branding: Promote Oishii as an employer of choice by enhancing our reputation and visibility in the job market.

What we look for in a Senior Recruiter:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
• 8 + years as a Recruiter, preferably in a fast-paced environment recruiting roles in a start-up
