Revenue Manager

The Revenue Manager will be assisting in optimizing revenue performance through comprehensive analytical expertise and strategic collaboration with various departments. This person will work with the Director of Revenue Management to support revenue growth, contribute to various revenue projects, and ensure adherence to industry standards.
Essential Functions:
- Conduct detailed analysis for short and long-term forecasting, identifying revenue optimization opportunities. Monitor and evaluate the performance of marketing channels, key accounts, and production sources. Drive ADR, RevPAR, and adjusted paid occupancy to maximize revenue potential.
- Collaborate with diverse departments to devise strategic initiatives for growth. Establish measurable goals and benchmarks, ensuring effective performance evaluation.
- Contribute to Revenue Management projects, ensuring successful implementation.
- Assist in establishing and maintaining Revenue Management basics and standards.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

RequirementsQualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- 3-4 years of experience in revenue management, preferably within the hospitality, vacation rental, or property management industry.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and make data-driven decisions.
- Proficient in revenue management software and tools, such as [specific tools/software your company uses].
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing market conditions.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Experience with online travel agencies (OTAs) and other distribution channels is a plus.
Work Authorization/Security Clearance:
Must be eligible to work in the United States. Must pass a background screening.
