Job Description

Factory Location: Dallas, TX

Compensation:  $31.36 / hour
Shift differential: 6%-8% of base hourly rate paid for applicable hours worked
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm
Ability to work holidays and weekends per business needs

Key responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

• Update and Maintain Master Schedule for Primo Brands production
• Plan shipments against daily sales data and coordinate with carrier
• Assign priority orders to production line and carrier
• Order Raw Materials and maintain inventory levels
• Maintain proper inventory levels at the plant and outside warehouse locations
• Be proactive in identifying product issues and communicating to locations / branches
• Focus on achieving daily load out goals at branch level
• Proactively communicate within Planning Team and Primo Brands branch Leadership 
• Maintain accurate data of current shipments / quantities
• Follow up on corrections to Load Reports
• Receive in raw materials systematically on returns and transfers
• Post out / keep current on outbound orders (Subject to change if new process rolled out)
• Other duties as assigned by Planning Management Team
• Communicate and create orders for 3rd party vendors / manage their inventory levels

Qualifications

• Demonstrated teamwork and proven track record of team engagement
• Must work well with others and engage cross-department accountability 
• Proven ability to lead and engage teams in a changing environment
• Ability to handle multiple people and projects in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and organization skills
• Strong SAP ability preferred
• Ability to work Accurately and quickly to adhere to daily deadlines
• Computer skills: Microsoft Office and intermediate Excel skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Must be flexible in working hours – overtime, vacation coverage, and off-shifts
