JOB OVERVIEW
At Lavazza North America, the National Account Sales Coordinator plays an integral role in supporting the National Account Sales Team for our Food Service division. This role will provide support to the team through clear communication and partnership of new and existing client needs. The National Account Sales Coordinator will also manage the information systems that support our client data, contract agreements, and pricing detailing.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support equipment tracking, installation, and management of equipment serial numbers for national account customers.
- Communicate with customers both via phone and email to provide updates on equipment, roll outs, branding, and other topics related to our business.
- Support and update pricing as needed for our business.
- Manage databases with customer agreements, rebate schedules, and pricing.
- Work commercial strategy team on rebates and marketing team on marketing payments.
- Manage Microsoft Teams channel with program details for national programs.
- Work with marketing and national team on various aspects of customer activations, including branding, customer events, and trade shows.
- Work with clients on branding elements as directed by national account team.
- Support National Account team as requested with communication to the Regional Sales team for programs that will be executed in the regions.
- Travel as needed to support customer and employer requirements, including occasional weekend events and travel.
- Other national account support tasks as needed.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree preferably in Business Management, Marketing, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience working in the Beverage Industry, Coffee preferred.
- Basic technical understanding of Coffee Equipment & Product assortment, Lavazza specific preferred.
- 2+ years working in a matrixed environment, both internally and with 3rd party service provider.
- 2+ years experience working with national, multi-unit operators in Hospitality, CruiseLine, and Travel channels.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems (Salesforce, Power BI).
- Sense of urgency in communicating with both internal and external customers.
- Problem solver who listens to learns and looks for solutions.
- Organizational and project management skills to support customer rollouts and expansions.
- Superb ability to work with customers and trainers to execute training protocol and training schedule in collaboration with National Account team.
- Professional written and oral communication as well as excellent interpersonal skills.
- Solid relationship skills to allow for smooth navigation internally to develop solutions that are a win for both Lavazza and client.
- Unquestionable degree of integrity in all their business dealings.
- Fast starter, self-motivated and willingness to assume additional responsibilities.
- Open and respectful communicator, experienced at building trust and engaging successfully with diverse personality styles.
- Ability to manage several projects with tight timelines simultaneously.
- Highly accurate, organized and detail oriented with strong multi-tasking and time management skills.
- Flexibility and willingness to adapt to change.
- Occasional travel, no more than 10% annually.
